This product was inspired by panch phoran, a seed mix of nigella, fennel, black mustard, fenugreek and cumin that is used in Indian cuisine.  This is plant based but the raw cashews + coconut oil give the brittle a buttery like mouth feel and flavor.  Enjoy!
